I will definitely be ordering from you again as the ornament as beautiful. My only issue was the crossword was completely crooked (almost upside down) and I could not, for the life of me, get it right side up. It was for a friend so I was a little disappointed when I had to gift it crooked.
I ordered 3 of these, 2-3" for teachers and 1-4" for myself. The longer or more names you have results in smaller scrabble tiles. They are very cute and arrived quite fast! My complaint is that the red ribbon came in the box, not as a bow just a piece of ribbon. I was not very thrilled that I had to finish these 3 ornaments.
